Q: Can Linkrunner deliver data to our warehouse?

Yes, warehouse delivery to BigQuery, Redshift or Snowflake is available on request. Self-serve CSV exports are available on every plan for campaign and user datasets.

Q: Can I export more than 3 months at once?

A self-serve export covers up to 3 calendar months, so run several for a longer period. Exporting from the campaigns table covers any range, and longer custom ranges are available on request.

Q: Why are ad set and creative totals lower than the dashboard?

Google Performance Max and Meta Advantage+ report some spend and installs at campaign level only, so that activity has no ad set to sit under. The campaign file includes it; the ad set file can't. Meta and Google iOS campaigns also stop at campaign level because SKAN has no ad set breakdown.

Q: Why don't some columns add up across days?

Counts, rates and unique-user metrics aggregate differently. Do not add daily ROAS or CPI values to calculate a range total; use the report's range-level figures and check the definitions of the columns you export.

Q: What if the file is too big for email?

Files above 10 MB are zipped. If the zip is still above 25 MB, you get a download link instead of an attachment, valid for 72 hours.

Q: Who can run an export?

Project admins and managers. Each user can start 5 exports every 5 minutes, shared across all their projects.

What you can export

Move from a dashboard view to a file your team can use

Run it from Settings, then Data Export, or from any campaign's drawer for that campaign's users. For JSON instead of CSV, use the Reporting API.

The file matches the view you were on

Network, platform, ad account and date range carry into the export. Spend and revenue are converted to your display currency and ROAS is recalculated from both, so the file lines up with the dashboard.
