Do reinstalls, organic installs or clicks that never convert count towards the bill?
Answer from the Linkrunner team
Only installs that Linkrunner successfully attributes to a source: paid, organic, referral, deep link or SKAN postback. Reinstalls, uninstall reinstalls within the dedup window, and clicks that never convert are not billed.
